  • Where is the store based?

  • What is the address of the gallery? What are the gallery hours?

    City Limits is located at 300 Jefferson St, Oakland, CA 94607. The gallery is open Saturdays from 1-5pm and by appointment.

  • Can I purchase work at the gallery? If I order online, can I pick-up works at the gallery?

    Every work listed online is stored in our Flat Files and can be viewed by-appointment.

    In the gallery, we accept payment by check, credit card (via a Square card reader) and Paypal.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We do, and we may be able to accomodate a shipment. Please let us know where you are located and which artwork you would like at [email protected].

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as it is shipped. It may take up to 5 business days to ship your order.

    All orders within the US are sent USPS Priority which takes, on average, 2-4 days to arrive.

    International orders are sent out via United States Postal Service First Class mail which could take on average, 10-15 business days to arrive. However, due to the unpredictability of the postal system, City Limits cannot guarantee your items will arrive during this time frame.

  • The shipping rate seems high for an item I'm interested in, why is that so?

    We need to cover our costs, but we are not trying to profit from any shipping rates listed. If you are concerned about a shipping expense, please contact us.

  • Do you have any framing advice?

    Yes, please ask us! We will advise on based on the work and where it will ship.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
