Mia Christopher lives and practices in San Francisco. Christopher earned a BFA from the California College of the Arts in May 2012 and recently participated in the summer studio program under the auspices of The Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD) in Brooklyn. She recently had a solo exhibition at Little Big Space in Albany, CA.

These prints feature high-resolution scans of paintings made by Christopher within Moleskine sketchbooks, blown up to a scale more common of a painting on canvas. Christopher, who has been cataloging and archiving her "sketchbook paintings" for the past several years, personally selected these works for printing and inclusion as part of the "Trapper Keeper" exhibition held at City Limits in January 2014.
