Savannah Rusher is a multi-media artist who lives and works in San Francisco, CA. Raised in seaside tourism towns along the East Coast, Rusher’s work focuses on commercial escapism through vacation culture.

The aquatic amusement parks, lazy rivers, pools, and hot tubs represented in Rusher's works are iconic symbols of such culture. Such surreal environments, disassociated from any environmental responsibility, reflect on experiences of lavish excess.
Rusher has published several art books and has exhibited in New York City, San Francisco, and Charleston, South Carolina.
